I am very lucky as I never suffrer from headaches.
Tried viagra a couple of times to try stay erect longer and it does keep me hard longer.
but I have trouble Cumming.

I am prescribed viagra or atleast the generic versions because of the meds I am on and have found that I don't have any trouble cumming and they definatly keep me harder longer and ready to go another round a lot quicker but you will find that if you are getting headaches or other side effects you need to take a lower dosage also different manufacturers of the generic use slightly different recipes so the potency and side effects vary depending on depending on brand I have finally found one that doesn't give me really bad acid and works well with no headache after, the only side effect I get is a blue tint to my vision sometimes when I look at anything white (kind like white under if light) but this is a comment side effect that normally goes in an hour or so of it happening and actually looks quite funky lol |

If you go on Superdrug’s website you can order a trial of all the official ED meds. I am lucky enough to not need them but have helped my best mate who suffers from serious bouts of depression I know that the trial pack is best to find the right meds for your needs. Some are more effective than others. It massively helped his confidence. All except one he said worked. Can’t remember which but to be fair everyone is different so it probably is irrelevant.

Were you actually prescribed 100mg tablets ?, prior to my heart issuse my G.P. prescribed 20mg Viagra for me, I could not get on with Viagra so moved on to Cialis (tadalafil) 10mg and they worked well with no side effects.
Sadly this is all academic as my Heart Consultant has strongly advised me not to use either as they are not compatible with my heart meds and I may suffer a Stroke or even a Cardiac Arrest.  |

Used proper viagra for longer sessions and it’s worked exactly as I hoped it would. Only minor issue is a bit of nasal congestion and I get indigestion for a few hours afterwards too. |

Viagra is to help with blood flow. Its designed to work in a way where you'll only see and feel the effects if you're turned on. How excited you get and how much you cum will depend on how turned on you are.
If you're a guy that can cum more than once normally then it's achievable, otherwise it will just help you stay hard till you do cum. And once you are satisfied and no longer turned on it'll go down.
It's very usual though after a recovery period to be able to go again which is quite often a case of waking in the morning ready to go as some of the the viagra is still in your system.
It's an aid to be able to maintain an erection nothing else.
I wouldn't know what happens if you take a higher dose as I've only had experience with a guy that had the lowest dose.

I have used Cialis off and on for 6 years or so as originally prescribed by my doctor when i was under stress - for me, I have never had any side effects - but certainly great results and longer lasting

I am prescribed Cialis 20mg and don’t suffer any indigestion and they certainly last longer. (up to 36 hours depending on the person) I do get slight headaches but they are bearable and don’t last long. Have used both Viagra and Cialis.
Viagra is better for the one-off session but headaches and stuffiness are much more common.
Cialis is awesome as a background drug for a weekend etc with very similar effects but stays working for much, much longer (36hrs + typical) |

Thanks for the info deffinatly going to have a chat with the doc then as I only see my mate every four days due to work commitments on her part but those four days are often like a long weekend of fun so the longer effectiveness would be a bonus as the prescribing regs here will only allow 4 sildenafil a month which sucks at times |

I have never had any side effects with Cialis, I did however stick to a 20mg.
dose.
I was offered some Cobra 120mg Sildenafil, one guy claimed that it gave him an erection which you could hang a beach towel on. needless to say I declined, I value my life. |

Got some of the enchancments for the hubby for valentines day, they definetely worked but next day he was in bed with really bad migraine, so interesting too see others have had the same.
hes tried them afterwards and not had the headache, only change is he didnt drink on them did anyone else who had the headache drink alcohol on them |

I find tadalifil (Cialis) much better. Im on 2 a day due to hypogonadism and they have changes our sex lives sooooo much. Viagra gave me headaches and head rushes that really spoiled the mood. Cialis works for up to 3 days. No problems cumming and ready to go again within 10 mins or so. And can go 5 or 6 times |

Root ginger is available from supermarkets for pence.
Put a peeled thumb sized piece in a garlic crusher, squeeze into a cup of warm water, a squueze of fresh lemon.
A couple of those will help.
Works for a few ailments and health benefits.
You can also buy the teabags as well. |

Most are manufactured in India which has a quite decent reputation for drugs. However there are a number of fake versions of all of these drugs from where? Yes you guessed it China! Most use clay as a "bulking agent".
