I literally can’t do yoga because of it and classes are normally mostly female, can’t stomach it |

I literally can’t do yoga because of it and classes are normally mostly female, can’t stomach it"
I started swimming recently… absolutely love it!! And the fact everything is under water, nobody notices anything… maybe an alternative to yoga for you ? |

Oh I practically live at the gym but it’s just a shame I can’t stomach anything like yoga or Pilates because I know it would do me good
