We are gonna be there on the Sunday! Hotel booked for the night. Next year we will do the whole event but we had other stuff on that weekend already in place.

Ghost are fantastic. I saw them at the etihad… my joint favourite band alongside highly suspect. I always make sure they end up on all the playlists for the rock nights I co-host at clubs  |

I think Nova Twins did well, Jinjer were incredible (and her moves on stage  ), BMTH and Metallica were both excellent.

Yeah I wasn't blown away with ghost, but I was standing right at the back so I could make an easy exit for Slipknot... the sound just didn't carry any impact that far back. |

Fair enough As I say, not everyone likes the same stuff. Some people like Beyoncé. Again, more tripe to our ears. It’s subjective I guess. |

Hi all I can’t believe I’ve only just seen the Download forum posts…. Would have been so good to have met other fabbers there although I only went on the Sunday as I was lucky enough to go as a guest of the band Slipknot. |

Avenged 7x will be headlining the Main stage on Sunday, but we don’t know whether Sum 41 will be on main or second or who will be headlining second.
My own guess would be Limp Bizkit headliner on second on Sunday with Sum 41 on just before |

I actually think that un-ironically, a ton of people who grew up in that era, who are there this year, will be there supporting the band. As you get older, you start to associate music with nostalgia and you grow an appreciation for shit that just reminds you of a good time. And Busted may be cheesy pop rock but they’re fucking good at it. |

See I stumbled on them before seeing the videos and for the first couple it was doing my head in where I knew her from but glad they are all enjoying making content, I'll be there in my traditional garb for the music days haha. Screaming my head off at them and busted. |

Used to go to Monster's of Rock, not so keen on the price of Download, and this year's line up is not as strong as recent years.

I’m not sure that one has been organised for this year yet. I managed to get in ready for last year but a lot of others were still on the road.
With the Thursday being a non music day again this year, shall we maybe organise one for Thursday afternoon? |

I'll be there from the Monday before so whenever is good haha, normally could do a music day early and meet at the dog for people that can't make the Thursday? I know Thursday day time I normally get involved with the charity football comp |
