For a single male to advertise a meet?
Do couples & single fems even look at the meet & events page? Ive done ok on this site but that’s down to me making the first move, messaging etc…
Have occasionally posted a meet but never even a sniff of interest LOL. |

No harm in posting one. But if messaging works for you, then go with that.
It’s hard getting a meet on here (especially one that will actually turn up). |

Like I said I’ve done “ok” on FAB but purely via meeting at clubs and messaging fems/ couples but never anything from advertising a meet.. |

That’s a shame.. don’t know why people advertise club meets.. usually loads to choose from at clubs but hey ho.. folk are strange.. |

There is some men on here that let the rest of the men down badly sadly. I personally think there needs 2 b a better admin 2 sort through the time wasters and pic hunters. |

I understand to go to a club but it’s quite daunting, that added to rejection on here makes me fear I am gonna pay to sit in the corner, thumb up arse lol |

Problem with meets is filters, or lack thereof.
If we could filter by distance, and whether the poster is looking for people like me (like the see who's near page) it would be a lot easier, and more people might use it.
I generally use status updates to advertise and find others who are looking, but it can be a bit last minute. |

Had a few meets over the years, but never from a "meet me". Have put a few meets up, but never had a response: don't bother now. But more than one way to skin a cat as they say ...... |

I’ve had very little success advertising meets over the years I’ve been using Fab, but it costs nothing to do, so always worth a try.
I would never recommend the club scene to a mate, as I have been to plenty as a solo guy, and tend to feel like a gatecrasher at someone else’s party. Club cliques do exist, no matter what anyone in here says 
I have though, enjoyed meeting plenty of likeminded people using Fab, and will continue to do so. All the best buddy  |

In the past I’ve been more inclined to be looking if anyone else has posted a meet looking for a single guy, rather than post myself. There tends to be lots of guys posting meets so the chance of standing out is minimal. In addition most like a little communication before meeting so unlikely to contact someone that they haven’t spoken with. |

We never looked needed to look at others meet as the moment we turn on the look for a meet button, we are flooded with offerings |

We get offers all of the time …. But never looked at the meets tab to be fair…. Swinging down our way is mostly club scene from what we can see …. But we are not for everyone…. Each has a preference…. We understand and accept that …. When chatting with couples we find it’s harder to find the mutual attraction as there’s four different preferences in the mix …. But it does happen

Not a waste of time at all...post a meet if you fancy a meet. We browse to see what's out there if we happen to have some very rare free time
