No easy way afraid. It can be very difficult without a partner. Lots goes on but many keep to own friends and contacts. Can also be cliques. If you can I’d suggest finding a partner to go with. That can also be difficult for singles. Once you have got a few friends and contacts the opportunities can multiple. I am lucky as done for years and my wife joins me |

I'd suggest reading some of the forum posts to get a feel for how people interact with each other but bear in mind forum users are a tiny minority of site members.
Look at profiles and approach the people you feel you're compatible with.
Don't get disheartened if it takes a while to get established.
