A good diet with plenty of fibre helps and then a good clean either with a bulb douche as previously mentioned or something like theClean Stream Deluxe Shower Enema Set also sold by lovehoney, I have a similar item and it works very well. |

Anal sex is as old as conventional sex. It used to be the only real form of contraception. I've done very clean arse to mouth with no ill effects. I think I read somewhere that there are more bugs in your mouth! |

In my experience, a regular douching is enough to clean out the lower area of the anus, but that can still leave plenty of excrement further up behind what seems to be a 'second' sphincter, which can be released and become very messy during deep energetic anal sex. The best way to clean out this area I find is by starting with a regular douching, then warm up with a toy - that way if theres any mess left over it won't cause any embarrassment, and you can simply douche again to further clean up - once you can use the toy energetically without any additional mess, then you'll be ready to play with your partner. |

Arse to pussy risks putting bugs inside the pussy basically. It risks all sorts of infections and should be avoided. It's really only for porn and I don't see how they get away with it. |

Yes its a bit more effort than the porn flicks would have a person believe but if you want deep, clean and comfortable anal sex then you have to put in a little prep time. |

I am sure you (OP) has found all the above quite useful. Just thought i might add the need to visit the loo for an EXTENDED number 2 prior to using a douch and/or intercourse. However though, in my experience, all the health risks mentioned become redundant if we're talking about playing with a regular trusted partner, specially ATM. Happy swinging! |

WOW, thanks so much for all your comments and advice, it seems the only good way is, prep, but that's ok if you're PLANNING it I guess x I suppose that's the price I have to pay for being big, and going too deep, lol

Good preparation - cleaned/douched - and a relaxed atmosphere will all help ....but to be safe a condom wont go a miss if not sure...better safe than sorry |
