Why do people read a message then mark it's as unread after u seen it's been read???

Because thats how they chose to manage their mailbox? We do it all the time.

Sorry that was a bit vague and arsey lol we do it so the other person can see the message later and we don't forget about it. We've also done it to stop guys messaging 16 extra times because apparently they deserve a reply immediately and we should be grateful they reached out to us.

We will do it if one of us reads a message and wants the other to view it. Leaves it marked, so doesn't get forgotten.

Or, I will do it to remind me to reply etc

Many reasons for doing it really

Sometimes I'll mark something as unread if I haven't got the spoons to process it right then and intend to come back to it when I do.
