A proper wood bed has what you need.
A emporian richmond or vermont oak bed
all they need is to be drilled and a bar fitted through for hand cuffs or tie points.
My bed bottom board allows for a lady to be tied up and still allows for her to lick out another lady.
Whilst shes plugged and has a vibrator inside of her tied to the linen cupboard. |

Metal beds are just so crap there not worth buying.
your looking at a 4 poster depending on what your wanted to have used on the bed.
wooden beds are far easier to adjust and add features too change the base slats for a steel frame design your own.
I prefer a higher matress as I hate low matresses.
So I tend to adjust them on the wood bed and strengthen the middle runner at the same time
a steel bed you want 2mm 3-4" box section with good 4-5"x1" side bars
naughty nights do bend the metal bed frames often  |

We have a solid oak super king bed with memory foam mattress...really sturdy, no squeaking or banging... has bits to tie....however I m forever twattin my knee on the end corner...other than that it's fantastic |

If you look up bdsm bed you will see many designs using wood or steel.
It also has an eye watering price for them as well.
If you was too buy just a wood base bed you would remove the headboard and baseboards and replace with a welded frame.
The metal bed frames are just poor quality you would be better making your own.
