Do Men and women experience fetishes in a similar way? For example a widespread fetish for men may be to like BBW body types. Is there a female equivelant to this? The same with feet, is a foot fetish including sucking the same from a female to a male ?

There’s a term that’s used in a similar way for men as BBW is used for women and that term’s ‘Dad Bod’. Women will say ‘I love a Dad Bod’ in the same way men say ‘I love a BBW’. Dad Bod means a man’s body that’s overweight but still sexy.
I’m assuming OP, that you haven’t heard of the term Dad Bod then otherwise you wouldn’t have asked what the male equivalent to BBW is because if you’d heard of the term Dad Bod you wouldn’t have need to ask what the male equivalent to BBW is. |

I don’t think the male equivalent to bbw is dad bod.
Dad bod to me means not ripped, not slim, a little chunky. But not big. More like a mid sized gal.
Bbw to me means large size 18+
It probably depends how you enjoy your fetish. If a man likes feet and big women, what’s the difference between a woman liking feet and big men? |

I think there could be some comparable ones....
But I feel like more men fetishise things or do things in a different way than women.
For example....
-Foot fetishes
-stockings/nylons
- heels
-Cum tributes (I mean I haven't ever seen a woman offering to masturbate over a pic for someone as tribute)
It's got my mind thinking if I'm Honest... I'm sure women like things on men (being heterosexist)

I think men seem to make a fetish out of a preference or attraction.
Being attracted to a bbw person isn't a fetish, thats being attracted to that body type. You wouldn't say women had a fetish for tall guys for example.
Hence it appears men have more fetishes than women.

Thought exactly the same when I read the thread. Fetish is often overused to describe preference or attraction.
And if anyone ventures to that site that caters for fetishists then they will know that women have just as many fetishes as men. |

I wrote this last night but could not be bothered to post. But I echo today's comments.
I suggest OP should define what he means by fetish. The dictionary definition closest to what he appears to imply is :
"an object or bodily part whose real or fantasied presence is psychologically necessary for sexual gratification and that is an object of fixation to the extent that it may interfere with complete sexual expression 2 : fixation 3 : a rite or cult of fetish worshippers"
A preference for curvy women is no more a fetish than those who prefer slimmer women, it is a preference not a psychological need for sexual gratification, and a preference is not a fixation.
If so would you describe football supporters having a fetish for football?
I suspect there may not be many fetishes but (I think "kink" may be the appropriate word) there may be a load of kinks.
