Yes I think regular use makes things harder as blood flow is increased, but in the short term there is def an increase. With combination use with cock rings, over a day I can be an inch longer and significantly more girth (likely to be dependent on size of cylinder).
But most of all I like it as it feels great, It's basically a sucking machine after all  |

They do make you bigger but only temporarily, size increase is never permanent with those things and they can be quite painful if overused.
I've not used one for many years so not sure if they are any better now, but I doubt it. |
