Hey just wondering what is the best apps people use for blurring out peoples faces in videos or photos

Many blurring/pixelation algorithms can be reversed, and more are being "cracked" as time goes on. If that matters to you.

Black bars/boxes are best.

I'd like to know this myself, before I got my pixel I really struggled with photo editing. Incidentally Google pixel phones has great built in tools
