As a rule of thumb I don't message such Fabbers.

Are they often "dodgy" in some way, professionals, or just being super careful? Which I would understand.

I know it's a very general question but interested in hearing informed comments.

Mobile site only ? I've never seen that before - only someone who's using their mobile to log into the site if that's what you are meaning ?
