Define "Dominant" and "submissive", I get confused whether people mean Fab D/s, which means being sexually confident in bed and adding a little "slap and tickle" and aiming to have numerous sex partners, or stereotype D/s with clichéd powerful dominants who are ex forces with pliant submisives secretly looking for someone to save them and to whom they can submit, or those that believe in the 50SOG malarkey, or someone who looks for a relationship that is D/s orientated or any of a dozen or more definitions.
With things kink, labels are a starting point, and assuming you use a term the same way as someone else does not always end with agreement. |

As we’ve said before M is submissive, R is dominant.
But that’s not the full story.
I wouldn’t be dominant or dream of playing the way we do if it wasn’t for M. She literally asked for it. She told me very early on about some of her needs, a firm hand, and I guess we have taken it from there trying some new experiences like shibari and wax together, moving on from hand spanking to impact toys etc.
It always surprises people when we chat in clubs after they have seen us play. A lot won’t understand, judging by messages we get from guys it is apparent they have little understanding of what being a dominant entails. |

Switching and transferring power, helps me to understand what everything feels like.
And id never try anything on anyone else that I hadn’t practiced on myself, or had done to me.
