My children don't know. My step-children don't know. MY brother doesn't know. My first wife knows as she initiated our first threesome but I doubt she's said anything to our children about it, and she could only guess about what I've got up to since we parted company. |

My family know. Some were shocked at the start. My kids reaction remains the same . That as long as I'm happy it's all good. I was outed by a " friend " then had a guy that I refused to date cause me all sorts of issues..
My parents were swingers too, so they were not shocked.
My oldest is not happy about it but they only know i am non monogamous etc rather than details x
He was hoping when I got with Mr it would end my wild ways...

My wife told her sisters that she was a swinger and also Bi, one couldn't understand why you'd want to have sex with someone else when you have someone you love. The other was inteted in finding out what it's like being with another woman.

I'm single but very private. Never been a gossip. Nobody knows. Not friends or family. It's nice being able to chat about the world of it all during meets.
Ultra discretion wins the day for me.
People who are out and proud about are amazing if they make that work for them.
Wouldn't work for me though.
We do what is comfortable us.

Yep. They know. Didn't want them to know but my wife and I have been enjoying the scene for 28 years.
I was genuinly shocked we got away with it for 25 of them till we got busted.
No big deal and no ones business but ours at the end of the day. |

I think approached the right way the conversation can be wholesome. Like a parent saying:
"You don't have to trap yourself in a relationship that you don't want just because you want sex. I have friends I have made that I satisfy my sexual needs with. Better that than 'settling for' a second rate relationship or worse an abusive one."
I ended up in a relationship because I slept with someone and realised very quickly that I needed to get out. It was easy for me but I'd hate for my children to be trapped that way. Better that they have control over their life and by extension, sex life. |

My mum and my sisters know I'm non monogamous and have some fwb, had to tell my mum cos there was a roumor going aroubd our small community i was supplementing my income woth an omd but frowned upon profession at one point.
Although cos i see a few guys regularly i think she thinks I've settled to one fwb. Will correct her if needed but can't be bothered now.
But then again I'm notbsure ifni would class myslef as a propper swinger lol |
