Used before COVID - no problem at all. A good variety of types and prices. Had a regular day for about 5 years. The staff got to know me and no questions asked or eyebrows raised.

Same....some great ones in london i used to use and yiou can cancel last minute is somethign happens...But really good fun. The looks you get in some of the smaller hotels when you check out a few hours after looking a little dishevelled is always fun

Yep we have used them, receptionist last time asked why people would want one, so bit everyone thinks it’s a perv thing. Most you book and pay for at reception on the day.

If you want a cover story for a nosey receptionist, House renovations and you are using the room for wfh.

Yep, I use them fairly frequently. Nobody has ever questioned why when checking in!

We've used them a lot. Never a problem from reception staff. Was once walked in on by a manageress and a couple of guests, though... that was fun.

I once said “Wait until you’re married with kids, and never have the house to yourself” and gave the receptionist a wink

Penzance

Used them a couple of times with fwb a couple of years back. No funny looks or questions asked (tho the cleaners might have wondered why the bed was so wet 💦💦💦😋)
