You main issue is the narrow category that you are seeking, especially for a swingers site.
You might get the odd few that are on here and who are pregnant and indeed looking to meet, but it will be a very rare find.
However have you tried dating apps, honestly the odds for what you are looking for will increase dramatically on there, I’ve met a few that are pregnant on there, who are just looking for satisfaction.

You do know that having sex while pregnant doesn't in any way harm the baby, in fact it's encouraged at full term to help bring on labour. |
