Prob won't really help, but when I suffered from this whilst pregnant I found refresher sweets helped me !!!!

Mmmmmm refresher sweets had packet of them the other day,,,,along with fruit salad n black jacks. Shared them with my 4yr old grandson who loved em and asked for more |

Have a fabulous long awaited meet next Saturday. With a loverly couple.
All details sorted finally, now to wish away the next week. And Ooo the fun to be had.
