I like gym fit but not to the extreme.

I don’t need shredded abs but I like visible muscle. Especially big, round delts!

Normal is definitely ok, I think dad bod is more normal than larger.. but I suppose it’s a wide scope.

It’s all about mental connection for me, attraction is widely based around that, I tend to have a variation in types
