Moral dilemma here. Been to a gangbang. Fairly normal set up other than we were told by the host we must all wear masks. The slut was amazing (not naming as she’s on here) learned later that it was organised by a mate of her ex husband. The ex husband wanted to fuck her again and knew he had no chance otherwise. She has no idea he was in the group. Interested to know if you thoughts was it was fair play or out of order? |

Whether she wanted a GB or not its completely out of order, if shes made it clear to the guy she doesn't want to have sex with him then he has taken away her consent. Just because a woman wants sex with multiple people doesn't mean anyone gets to do it. |

The organiser didn't have much respect for the lady concerned.
But then she could off vetted the guest list beforehand, so there wouldn't have been no one who she didn't want there.
If that happened to me, (I'm not into gangbangs), then I would be really annoyed at the organiser and trust broken so it would never happen again.

Her ex husband knows she won’t consent to sex with her. He has sex with her - that’s assault (can’t use the R word on the forum sorry mods).
If the organiser also knew this and helped orchestrate it is complicit to that assault and should be charged accordingly

If so and she saw a group of men in hoods, wouldn't she be suspicious ? |

Spoken to the lad who arranged it was a last minute addition and regrets it on reflection. Thanks for the views especially the females. Defo putting it in the lessons learned pile  |

We live a gangbang, it’s our favourite thing to do, so heres our 2 pence worth…
1. Seems like a bullshit story.
2. IF it is true it’s definitely a sexual assault on the part of the ex and the organiser. They have both completely taken her consent and thrown it out of the window.

Totally morally unacceptable, but is it illegal?
I think that the sympathy of the court would be with the woman. Her ex clearly believed that she wouldn't consent, or he would have asked her.
I'd suggest that the OP informs the woman, if this isn't a made up story. He doesn't want to end up being an accomplice. |

Ok it's made up but hypothetically if you say you don't want sex with someone then go into an anonymous gang bang without checking names I think you've waived your consent.
Thats like saying I'm definitely going on a diet in the new year and then on Jan 2nd stuffing your face with pies.
