Hi, just looking for thoughts on what contraception people are using  I have been on the pill for years but it seems to ruin my mood and constantly having stomach pains. I have stopped the pill and have never felt better so we are back to using condoms for the time being.
Is there anything out there that works as good as the pill with minimal side effects? |

There are lots of options, but one might work for someone and not the other our bodies react to the hormones very differently. Maybe got to the GP see what they recommend?
I have the mirena coil and that’s been great for me upto now but I’m perimenopausal x |
