Just wondering if anyone who has used a cock ring can offer some advice on if they are any good and what effects wearing one has? advice is most appreciated |

I use a cock ring quite a lot ... it feels great, and I think it looks good - especially if you're nicely trimmed/shaved.
The best thing is it's a great icebreaker for conversations at naturist/swing clubs - plenty of people inquisitive to know more!
And it certainly helps maintain erections, although that's maybe a secondary benefit!

I have used the solid metal ones occasionally, I tried a rubber one but it felt to constrictive, the metal ones did nothing for me, at the clubs I used to forget I was wearing it, but when I had "doggy" sex with my partner she loved it.

Well, actually, I guess thats a bit harsh on them, but can only go by our experience.
Tried three, including a vibrating one, all had the same sort of effect, which was to put a bit of a damper on things, apart from the first one we tried, which. perhaps through inexperience seemed to be too tight, and I had a few scary moments where my cock was swelling but I couldnt get the bloody thing off! |

I wear a cock ring all the time. Some years ago a former partner wanted a little more girth, though she was quite happy with my length. I experimented with viton cock rings for a while trying to determine the correct size needed. They tended to dig in alot & was not happy with that, so I bought a chrome plated brass 45mm ring which was great, giving approx 1/4" extra in girth & my former partner was over the moon with it. It certanly gave the girth & more staying power.
Kept on with that one for a couple of years untill the chrome wore away, though I was not wearing that one all the time.
Then I purchased a stainless steel ring that had a square cross section (with the corners radiused off). That one was quite uncomfortable as it dug in to my balls & cock, ouch!.
I deliberated over buying a 'donut' thpe ring but thought they were a bit too heavy. Then I came across an oval cross sectional area 'donut' type that looked great so I bought one. It was brilliant & so comfortable even though it weighs 120grms., been wearing that one for ages.
The extra girth is now permenant & have just purchased a 50mm one as the 45mm one is getting a bit constrictive.The new one is ok but one of my balls occasionaly slips out (only when I'm NOT hard fortunatley), so only wear that one when on a 'session'.

I have several, some steel, some leather types. I don't wear them all the time just as a trinket when the mood takes me.
I like how they feel and look when I wear them, and yes, most have fringe benefits too.
My favourite is a three ring cage made of surgical steel. cost a bit more but worth every penny.

I've got a 'cock tie' from ann summers. It has 2 sliders on it with which you're suppose to tighten it on the shaft. However, I find they pinch the skin when I tighten it, so I wouldn't reccommend that particular design. |
