Although I have had quite a few meets with couples, here seems to be so many put off by over 60's. Don't quite understand why as we more experienced swingers have so much to offer. What's your thoughts? |

Age is an important factor in choosing meets - hence why there's an option to filter by age.
It's beyond everyone's control - so concentrate on those looking for your age group and don't worry about the rest! |

For me its about common ground for topics of discussion between shagathons...i prefer to converse with people my own age who are more likely to understand the music I listen to, the tv programmes i watch, the childhood memories when reminiscing, etc...much older or much younger and the conversation is not the same and therefore the sex is lacking if the communication isn't there |

I am simply attracted to men younger than me - though not too young. Hence the filters. As I get older the filters may change but I will still probably prefer men younger than me. |

Because 60+ is as old as my parents.
I don't recall ever having been attracted to anyone 20+ years older than me at any point throughout my life.
Plus much older guys tend not to be able to repeat or manage extended sessions like younger men often can. |

Age is just a number ..... I will talk and meet with anyone, however if we don't click that's as far as it will go, if we click then see how it goes. But I never put age in the way of meeting great peeps |

Because I don't find men attractive when they are older than my dad!
Plus I just don't find people that much older than me sexually attractive. Attraction isn't something you 'decide' on. It's just something that is. |

It is as everyone says personal preference. I am almost 42 and have had mind blowing sex with a guy 11 years my senior. Another guy 5 years younger than him just didn't stimulate me the same. Just because an 11 year gap worked it doesn't mean any guy within that bracket will suit me.
I guess some people over 60 may not be able to have sex the same quality and quantity as when they were 40 say. I am sure there are some having better sex the older they get.

Queen thats funny. My 11 year older man was great in bed and lots of other things. Shame he wasn't honest with me. I guess we live and learn. I do still miss him though to be honest. Victor Meldrew he wasnt lol x |

I prefer women with a more mature outlook because they tend to know what they are looking for. However with actual age comes physical deterioration for all of us. I know that's a generalisation, but it is more often than not, correct. I am lucky in that my work has kept up my fitness levels so I would place myself well above average for my age. I also see some very fit older ladies around, but of course even that's relative. Is old a physical condition or an attitude? |

My top age limit is set at what I like, that is what I prefer and I am sorry OP but just because you are older doesn't equate to having more experience. |

As a rule I would only go 15 years over my own age, and tbh I would prefer to only go 10 years over. Personally my issue is I'm only 22. People in their mid to late 30's can seem on a completely different page to me. They remember their teens like they were yesterday and mine practically were!
I wouldnt rule them out on a swinging level, however for friendship or relationships...it just doesn't work out.
I would mention younger, but onviously I wouldn't go more than 4 years younger than myself as it would be bordering on wrong... |

I have my filters set as this is what I usually like but then saying this I have played with a fabulous lady who was 50 when I was 26 it isn't the age that puts me off it is how they look at that age E.G if they look l,ike my mum or dad then it won't be happening if they don't then  |

In the politest possible terms the only person who seems to be missing out, based on your post, is you.
As those who replied have stated, well apart from a couple of 'age is just a number so I will fuck anyone' posts everyone has an preference for who they feel comfy playing with and age,size, shape etc form part of that selection process.
It's also a bit if alert to suggest that being over 60 equips you better than anyone else, we have found that neither inept or skilled are age dependant  |

I have to have fit men because I'm of an age and health where I can't do most of the work any more. I have found older men tend to lean their weight on me a lot and that is very painful for me. Also men over 50 don't kiss very well. Only in my experience, I haven't kissed every 50+ man in the world |

Wll age is a problem for some, for us its not, if a guys or couple are attractive then its a yes, if not its a no. This counts for rudeness as well. I suppose if the girl, guy is the same age as your kids or less (grown up) then for some it is a barrier. Some girls guys are put off by couples their parents age, for us not a problem |

agreed, there are some very attractive older people, that really dont look their age, and on this we would possibly look at it different, but older people that look their age, and worse still act it, then sorry, not for us |

Apparently you guys are on some sort of age crusade because you seem to quite overtly think you're a "cut above" and clearly are quite insecure at the thought of being dissmissed due to your age.
However, the people who have a cut off here all pretty much state it as being their parents age as well , most find the mental idea of playing with someone there parents age + a turn off, im not sure ranting, raving and beating ones own chest about it because you disagree with someone's PERSONAL preferences is that good a plan.
Especially when you have many of your own own preferences including a profile age limit yourself, it screams "I can do what I want but you can't".

Age is a major thing for us. we have had messages from people saying "if you want an easier meet, you need to increase the age you are looking for". but we would rather wait and meet someone right for us than go against what we are comfortable with. the male half of this couple doesn't mind older women, but the female half wants people who are around our age range "20ish" but no older than 35 really. |
