It seems some are more worried about getting a veri than the actual meet these days but agree with others, bit rude not to send one. I'd block her then she can't show yours but then some don't send one straight away, I've taken over a week before to send one as I have a life off here. | |||

I did leave her a veri, as she was a nice girl and I think its nice to leave a veri when someone's arranged to meet you. I was just disappointed that she didnt have the same opinion, and it just seemed a bit rude, particularly after the shenanigans we went through to meet up!
As some have suggested on this thread, I did have my suspicions that her lateness was due to her meeting someone else on Fab, and a simple text explaining that she was running late would have sufficed. It's a lesson learnt though on my part, and i'll be a bit more choosey next time when it comes to a meet! Maybe I was just bowled over that she agreed to meet!  lol.
I don't feel i've been indiscreet in my post, as has been suggested, and although i've given a fairly detailed account of how the night panned out, i've not mentioned any names or indicated who the persons concerned were, so I think its a bit unfair to suggest this.

"I arranged to meet a girl from Fab on Saturday evening. A lad i know fom here has got a flat in the City Centre, and we arranged for us all to have some fun at his apartment. I swapped numbers with the girl, and we texted and arranged a time and place to meet in town. I was gonna meet her in town, have a few drinks, and then go back to this lad's apartment. An hour or so before the meet, I texted her to check all was still ok and got no answer. I decided to go ahead with the arranged time of the meet though, even though I began having doubts as to whether she'd turn up. Sure enough, when the meet time came there was no show. I texted her to advise i was at the location, and asked her to text to let me know if she wasn gonna show or not. After getting no reply, i made my way to this lad's flat. About half an hour later she made contact and asked me to ring her. She said she'd been running late, but that she was still planning on coming over. We agreed that i'd meet her at another location in town, but due to apparant transport issues she was a lot later than expected, resulting in me hanging around the city centre for a good hour or so. She eventually turned up, and so we got a taxi to this lad's place. We had a few drinks that i'd bought on the way in, and then proceeded with some playtime. She'd not made any plans for her journey home, so we both offered to accomodate her for the night, even though this hadnt been discussed in the original arrangement. To be honest it felt like she expected one of us to accomodate her, so in the end she stayed at mine as my flat was closer to where she lives. Everything was above board, and she stayed the night at mine, and then i walked her to the tram stop in the morning. I've left her a nice veri, and was hoping to receive one, just to verify that i was genuine. Unfortunately although she'd accepted my veri and posted it on her profile, she's decided not to verify me or my mate, which has left us both feeling a little peeved! lol. We're not expecting to be praised for our sexual prowess (lol) but we just thought it would be courteous of her to verify us. Are we being unreasonable, or should we just be grateful that we managed to get a meet! lol.. All thoughts appreciated!
