It's a unit of electrical current.

Hubby must be highly charged

its a glitch in the software that sees the ampersand as an amp or something

& the sign above the number 7

Its short for ampersand the & symbol that the site software can't display properly therefore puts amp after it

I can't remember exactly but if you put it in the search box (mid left thread search) someone left a technical reply. Its to do with & and other keys.
