Why can't guys read profiles properly??

It's happening all the time. It seems to be so common on here- mostly guys with no verifications who frequently message me when I state in my opening paragraph that verifications I can read are essential. Yet I hate ignoring them as it seems rude!

Do you ask them? The only reason I ask is that it is highly unlikely that someone who doesn't read your profile will read your forum post and give you a satisfactory answer... ergo actually asking someone that has sent you a message without obviously reading your profile would seem like the ideal opportunity to get the answer you seek...
I often wonder why people don't use the forum search function or filters (and then message first: the horror!) Rather than using the forums to continue the vilification of one group of site users ... but hey-ho... horses for courses  |

I don't read them either. That's why I tell them to use a word that I've put in my profile as the subject heading. If the title of the message isn't what I asked for then it's a quick delete |

Doesn't it get a bit boring though!
We get message after message from single guys who clearly haven't read our profile.
Then those same guys are posting on the Forum moaning and wailing because they are ignored!!
Funny old world we live in.
