Am I in the wrong?

So everday I get a fair amount of messages.
Fine don't mind this, here to meet people after all.
However the amount of guy's complaining they can't get meets, yet they message and expect a meet straight away and at least 90% expect me to do all the travelling and make all the effort.
Am more than happy to meet halfway, pay half of any hotel etc..
Guy's you need to offer a certain degree of flexibility if you wish to get any meets.
Oh and btw I won't meet you at a bloody motorway service station either! |

I've noticed an increase in this too. I think it's because guys log on when they are horny and free to meet and expect women to be the same. I find once they realise you're not free , they never speak to you again either.
If that's how they are , they're not the right person for you anyway  |

I've always wondered just how many messages like that women get on average a day?

My experience have been dissimilar. Women getting nasty if you don't like them. Demanding snappy behaviour that expect me to meet them at that instant or not at all and the expectation that we should be grateful that they deigned to breathe air in our very presence.

This being a sex site seems to give some men carte blanche to behave in any way they like. It is ungentlemanly to expect the woman to do all the work and i don't see why we shouldn't always behave like gentlemen. |

Yes, because you head the post as a question, but on reading it is just another rant / series of statements about how inadequate some single guys are and what they must do to buck up
As it is, I do believe that all 'swingers' should give 100% and arrange meets that are mutually agreeable regardless of gender.
I have seen single guys slain for posting threads about how single women and couples want it their own way and/or refused to meet in the middle, yet flash a pair of tits or a nifty knicker shot and you can get away with saying pretty much anything.
It's just the way of the (Fab) world  |

My wife and female friends would agree that an increasing number of guys log on and fire off messages when they are horny and hoping for a meet there and then.

I've only had this once. I messaged this man. He was interested in me after seeing pictures. So i was about to arrange a social before the sexy fun. He outright said no. He also refused to meet my hubby. He only meets for sex. Absolutely no social. So that was that. I found it odd. I said to him that as a woman I'd feel safer. But he wouldn't entertain the idea.  |

Expectations, lots of guys seem to have wildly unrealistic ones and there's probably very little you can do about it. They obviously can't read and are clearly lazy so it falls to you to do all the sifting which does take the fun out of it somewhat.
Maybe they have different expectations because of the hotwife scenario? That said, why wouldn't you want to meet someone at Rownham's services? There are few more interesting places and when you are done you can just stroll across the parking for a coffee |

When I was a single on here I was very clear, socials happened near me. If they didn't like it we didn't meet. I met where I felt safe.
Only do what you feel happy doing and don't feel pressured if other options are suggested

Well i am nothing like that.
I like to get to know the person or persons.
Last year i spoke to a couple for 3 months.
They wanted a meeting so thought great they would pick me maybe.
What did the couple do they pick someone they found that day on here.
And yes they did not show.
I even say on my profile that i like to meet for coffee and chat.
So its not all of us guys |

This surprises me. There are so many men on here and so few women willing to meet them I would have that thought that men would be bending over backwards to be flexible with meets. |

Unfortunately, the attitude that Fab is somehow easy sex, leads a lot of guys to assume that they can message a lady out of the blue and she'll be round their house with their knickers wet within the hour.
I'm one of those men who prefers to get to know a lady, talk about likes/dislikes and experiences...have a social...before getting into the bedroom. I find it far more satisfying than a quick shag. |
