Yet another so called couple......turned out to be a single guy pretending again  .
Now i am getting pretty annoyed and pissed off again.....how i wish on here there was a fake fake fake button to press.

Admin get thousands of reports dailyso maybe worth being patient with them
Also unless they've been previous reports about that profile admin do have to make a judgement call as to wether or not your claim is legitimate (I'm not saying it's not btw) |

We were once canning with the male half of a couple and when Amanda asked to speak to the gem he went to fetch "her". A few minutes later, enter him wearing a wig, a really bad one, and a dress that looked as though he had borrowed it from his mother. He kept up the act and seriously thought he was convincing us he was his "wife". Oh well, it takes all sorts. At least we had a laugh. |

His veris were 2 years old so he maybe was on here with a female partner hence the pics incidently the female does not show her face just body ??? after carefull questioning my hunch kicked in low and behold he is a single guy advertising as a couple to get private face pics ???. |

On another site a guy actually sent us a picture of him and his wife, it was only one of me and my wife. So from that day I'm very careful who I accept as friends. He was reported to admin and banned. |

Good point and in future is going to be on my ticked box as a must, my genuine friends on here have expressed the same sort of thing happening to them time and time again and they are couples, i thought it was just guys that get messed about but it seems quite universal now a days on here.
I have been on and off the site since its beginnings and its never been as bad as it is now, to be fair i have been on a competitors paid site and its just as bad on there.
I guess its just a case of sharpen up your wits trust your instinct etc or ???? as a private mail has suggested just use the site as a springboard to meet people at either clubs or local socials, maybe thats the way forward as its just getting out of hand on here, i dont show anything now on my profile pic wise its not worth the hassle it brings from the fakes ????.

Yes I guess a man might be interested in pictures of you and a lady friend, presumably being sexual. It was probably unnecessary to send a picture like that, as most genuine couples wouldnt require anything more than a face pic. I wouldn't worry about the pictures of your face. There's not much anyone can do with a picture of a bog standard face, which could just as easily have come from searching for faces in Google Images. Just a word of warning, if you are restrictive with face pics you will be reducing your chances of genuine couples replying to messages.

We for example wouldn't consider meeting someone if they weren't prepared to except our friend request. Likewise we won't follow up messages if we don't know what the sender looks like.

1000,s of guys to pick from without a face pic.....you will not get a meet ?? the point is if you have private face pics it is you that chooses who to be friends with via your gut instinct, most of the time you are right but these guys on here pretending are getting more clever in being your friend as a couple.
Once being accepted as a friend they can then see your private pics....end off. |

He said her face wasn't visible. It's allowed to have other people in photos as long as they aren't identifiable. We do, and likewise I feature anonymously on a few profiles. I'm assuming the photos he sent were anonymous sexual photos of a man and a woman - the type that is seen on many many profiles on a Fab. Where he should have been suspicious was that the 'couple' wanted to see those photos. I don't think many couples looking for a single guy would be particularly interested in seeing pictures of the guy with another woman.

I've had a similar experience on here but the account was reported, admin were straight on it. She was a single female account, unverified, I had my suspicions but carried on the chat just the same, what harm does it do, if you give someone the benefit of the doubt as long as you are sensible with your own actions. My partner had been chatting with her on his account hence the introduction. For me it was the way she spoke and the things she said. Very like a man. In one example she wanted my partner to validate that her pics were better than mine. She then messaged my account to tell me he liked her pics more and did I agree with his sentiment. She got quite annoyed when I advised her that yes her unverified pics were stunning but not better! Possibly, but without verification there is not comparison, she didn't like that response and unleashed a torrent of abuse before blocking me. We live and learn. It can be upsetting at the time but we move one. |

Of course, I've already suggested earlier in the thread that it was naiive of the OP to believe that a couple would want to be sent pictures of a potential playmate having sex with someone else. I would find that quite odd if such pictures were sent to us. However we have no issues with such pictures being on their public or friends pictures and a lot of men and couples do that (including us - 6 men including my husband feature on our profile ranging from a hand/limb to full body). So what I was trying to point out was that the OP is not out of order or wrong or breaking Fab rules, as suggested by some contributors, to share anonymous pictures of him with a playmate on Fab. Just a bit foolish in thinking that that's what a couple might want to see.

Had this last week. A couple who was less than 5 miles away was interested and was shy at first and then within 30 mins wanted to meet. Without going into to much detail, Tesco car park was agreed but didn't feel right so D walked over with the dog and the only person there was an old guy on his phone in the car. J messaged and D seen him on his phone.
