After several meets, nobody has managed to make me cum. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not relaxed enough, maybe I'm putting too much emphasis on it....who knows?

I think you're looking at the problem the wrong way - sex doesn't end when the bloke withdraws his old chap and wipes it on the curtains.
If you don't cum through penetration, and lots of women don't, just enjoy other ways. It's all still part of "sex".

Sounds like you may have unconscious expectations of the interaction that could be blocking you.
