I've organised a few. About 25% of those who say they will come actually turn up, so if you invited 10, you can expect seven or eight to cancel. If you want ten, you need to invite forty! |

Agree above maybe increase age range is of come but I'm 1 yr to old lol.
But seriously invite more next time and have a reserve list just incase of cancellations.

Always invite at least 50% more than wanted. You’ll always get time wasters.
Maybe these tips may help.
1. Ask to confirm by mobile call. Note number and save.
2. If fail to attend, block them and block number.
3. Book more in than needed, I’ve knly ever organised or attended 2 parties in 10 gets that have been overattended.
4. Try and do a Wednesday/Friday night meet in La Chambre/Quest etc. Put a meet up and ask them to provide names on door. Offer those attending who say they will a verification. The door will check off against a list.
Apart from that, expand your age range.

I saw my fair share of that in my early days on Fabs. Tend to avoid GB’s now for a whole host of differing reasons.
General rule of thumb is to invite 4-5x the amount of guys you want. The vast majority will shoot off somewhere else and not over / in you
It’s a shame when it happens, would a club event / night help OP? Also maybe have online ticket sales say eventbrite? That way people pay a nominal sum to make sure they’re serious and will turn up... Also helps cover room cost if you decide to hold in a hotel etc.

no meets up and you get mail asking to meet,as soon as a meet goes up it is all quiet.

We havve tried and failed to organise a gangbang on at least 5 or 6 occasions.
And been let down each and every time by the timewasting fantasists that abound on fab.
We are trying again to organise one but this is likely to be the last time.
Frankly i just cannot be bothered with all the time spent corresponding with the idiots who insist they are definitely up for it until they change their mind and suddenly they are not. |

We have occasionally enjoyed meeting several guys for J to have fun with.
Having read many of the responses here to the OP I am amazed quite frankly.
The OP had arranged with 10 guys... 8 subsequently cancelled, so they themselves decided to cancel the meet & by implication notified the last 2 guys who may ...or may not have turned up on the night of course, in advance so they didn't make a wasted journey.
Yet the OP is run down here for not going through with the meet for the two remaining guys.
I'm quite frankly amazed ...but sadly not surprised!
Why the heck should they go through with something they were not looking for?
It is truly a nightmare arranging events like this. Just seems so few genuine folk on here who are what they say they are and are actually prepared to follow up on what they promise.
There really needs to be a system of recording here when guys are no shows. Not veris...that's different. We wouldn't mind if someone showed up & then says not for me. At least they've had the decency to follow through and be honest and we'd respect them for that.
Someone will now shout they always turn up. Well given the accepted norm for Fabs is: book 10 to get 2 or 3 shows, at least 70% to 80% of guys here are time wasters..... |

It needs a system where you can log cancelled in 24 hrs. Turned up not recommended. Recommended. Time waster etc
And no it won't be abused because this system us used on a model photographer page and it works.

Very hard to organise but as previously said at a club is better so can recruit some random to top up the no shows and only invite guys with a proven track record - showing in their verifications. |

We have done four males plus us and it was an absolute nightmare to arrange. The number who agreed to turn up was six. Once we gave them the address two blocked us and four turned up. All later than the agreed time. Was not enjoyable in truth. Maybe the anticipation is what most lads get off on. |

I have helped organise several in the past. One 10 guys invited, 10 turned up. Other times only one turned up for two girls. We didn't cancel but had fun anyway.
Sometimes I think it can come down to timing. Weekends people are busy with family and vanilla friends which is when many choose to play. All the ones I have been involved with and been successful, apart from two were during the week. |

It isn't just a UK and FAB problem. No shows from single guys is endemic in the modern swinger world. In the past we have had similar situations in Germany and in Spain. It is one of the reasons we now only meet in clubs.
We think that it is down to most "single" guys on here, and other sites, are actually married and looking to sneak away from the Mrs for a quick fuck.
They will talk the talk and fantasise but when it comes down to the actual meet they either fail to find a good enough excuse to sneak off, loose their bottle when they think about the consequences of being caught, or get a pang of conscience.
I would bet that the vast majority of no shows would be covered by one of the above.

Bottom line is I think most random guys who like the idea of a gang bang have no respect for the person/hole they are potentially going to fuck so they have no qualms about being late (like someone said above) or not turning up at all.
Clubs are your best bet for the real deal.

A few months ago I went to a bukkake party organised by a couple who are very experienced at setting up such parties.
Around 20 blokes turned up but I was staggered to find that they had 140 confirmed attendees!
Being old hands at this game they had guessed they would end up with around 20. |

We arrange these all the time.. it’s very hard to judge the genuine guys and the ones who talk a good fuck.. my advise to u, go to a club or a party and ask the host to sort it when there.. I do this all the time.. couples come and the guys attending who are normally regulars to my parties are very helpful x win win xx  |

It needs a system where you can log cancelled in 24 hrs. Turned up not recommended. Recommended. Time waster etc

It’s a sad state of affairs that the site hasn’t found a way to help the people on here who are genuine and looking to meet . It seems that not only the site , but half the forum users too see it as the people who get let downs fault . Look at previous timewaster threads where all and sundry say it’s no ones fault but your own , change your selection criteria , etc..... and in this case the couple who have been let down are being chastised for not having a gang bang with two guys instead of 10. What a joke ....

We have occasionally enjoyed meeting several guys for J to have fun with.
Having read many of the responses here to the OP I am amazed quite frankly.
The OP had arranged with 10 guys... 8 subsequently cancelled, so they themselves decided to cancel the meet & by implication notified the last 2 guys who may ...or may not have turned up on the night of course, in advance so they didn't make a wasted journey.
Yet the OP is run down here for not going through with the meet for the two remaining guys.
I'm quite frankly amazed ...but sadly not surprised!
Why the heck should they go through with something they were not looking for?
It is truly a nightmare arranging events like this. Just seems so few genuine folk on here who are what they say they are and are actually prepared to follow up on what they promise.
There really needs to be a system of recording here when guys are no shows. Not veris...that's different. We wouldn't mind if someone showed up & then says not for me. At least they've had the decency to follow through and be honest and we'd respect them for that.
Someone will now shout they always turn up. Well given the accepted norm for Fabs is: book 10 to get 2 or 3 shows, at least 70% to 80% of guys here are time wasters.....

It staggers me too that the couple should feel obliged to follow through with a meet they don’t want because 2 guys haven’t cancelled out of 10 . It’s like saying at a restaraunt that although you ordered a starter , main course and a dessert , we only have the dessert so you can have that as it’s better than nothing . How many people would be happy with that ?
It’s a sad state of affairs that the site hasn’t found a way to help the people on here who are genuine and looking to meet . It seems that not only the site , but half the forum users too see it as the people who get let downs fault . Look at previous timewaster threads where all and sundry say it’s no ones fault but your own , change your selection criteria , etc..... and in this case the couple who have been let down are being chastised for not having a gang bang with two guys instead of 10. What a joke ....

There seem to be two camps.
Camp 1 being into socials highly organised meets. Failure rate low.
Camp 2 being more into NSA causal encounters : one offs and no names asked.
On threads like this camp 1 will typically patronise camp 2. But some folk just like no name quick meets, I do, what’s wrong with that ?
Oh and I’d have also cancelled the two guys in that scenario and probably have several times in the past come to think of it. It’s a flippin admin job trying to arrange events like that, which I’ve done successfully and unsuccessfully many times. Sadly this site appears to do nothing to discourage the dreamers though |

We had an impromptu GB one night a few years ago, 6 invited 1 turned up lol However he now a close friend, kinky as fuck, a great part host with loads kinky mates who use the missus |

We organised a MMMMF last week, leeds as well. All the single guys dropped out in the hours running up to it.
We have another this Wednesday, and we've already got that point of when s**t gets real they disappear. Two guys remain, hoping they will not go awol. Ideally would have liked a couple more though!!

Not all men cancel lots of guys like me do show up to a GB meet. But Ill never forget my first gb, I was terrified sat in a room with several other more experienced guys I couldn't preform and lost my hard on everytime I but a condom on. |

Of course it doesn't make them as bad!
Ridiculous comment, if an arranged meet starts to change direction as to what was originally planned then they have every right to cancel. 2 men doesn't make a GB........... I once arranged a meet with 1 male (who I had met previously) at the last minute he announced other people were going to be there so I chose to cancel as it wasn't what was originally planned, I certainly weren't going to go ahead with something different so why should the OP ???? |

That's awful....I can understand how you feel. But at least they had the decency to cancel, plenty of others would just simply not show up! Mannerless gits.

Been involved in a few gb my sen but only at clubs n parties. I would never attended a purpose arranged one if probably bottle it so would never agree to attend one. All the ones I've been in were never planned at other events so caught up in the moment sort of thing lol.
