FABS HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM ...

Surely it just can't be us that's pissed off to the back teeth with people on here who have no photo's at all in their profile being able to gawp and perv at everyone elses. Fabswingers has GOT to give us the facility AND option to block these people........Or is it just us ? I'd like to know other people's views. xx

A solution would be for you to not have revealing photos ,if your uncomfortable with that, and just send them in messages to people you want to see them.

If you put photos up online you lose control of who can look at them. If you don't like it, don't have them online. It may not be right or fair, but it's the harsh reality.

This too. My photos are at a level I'm comfortable getting out. Higher level for friends, some private or non existent.

I'd love to fix the private photo workaround. I gave up on that filter because it's avoided with "set a photo public for five seconds, hit send, hide again".

I worry about the people who view profiles in stealth mode and I don't even know they looked 1,000 times in 1 day.

Fabs should stop forcing people to have pics on their profiles for people to wank over and show their mates down the pub.

I don't know who you're replying to. If to me, then there's nothing that can be done about it. Screen caps, right click save, even taking a photo of a photo displayed on a device. Your public pictures are never safe.

I might get shot down in flames for saying this, but if it bothers you that much why put up explicit pics? I have my own reasons for not having public pics, mainly for the very reason stated above, once it is posted online I have no control over it. It hasn't affected my progress on this site one bit. If I strike up a conversation and start to build confidence then I will share. And the same for any prospective couple or lady I am talking to, I wouldn't expect them to reveal all after one or two messages. For me that's all part of the fun, the discovery.

Of course there will be a section of members on this site who have no intention of meeting but get off on perving through the profiles. Ain't ever gonna change!

You can keep them for friends only then. My friends are people I've met. There's no applicable filter to stop people 'gawping' as you put it. As previously stated when you post pics online you have no control who views them and what others do with them. Some people have even found their pics have been posted on porn sites as well. My face pics are also set to private. Fab gives you all the tools you need. "
yes but any pic you've ever put up here and that includes your face has been screensaved, that's the reality if you post it public then you have to forget about the possible consequences of it or don't ever do it

My face pics are also set to private. Put the photos you don't want 'gawped' at in friends only, then they've got no reason to look at you. It's not fabs problem if you upload revealing pics in a public domain.

There will be people of any sexual persuasion who for lots of genuine reasons cant display public photographs who still want to be swingers and meet others, I don't think that they should be barred from being active on here. We have a choice who we meet or not meet as the case may be. Having pictures on here is no guarantee of anything, while having pictures may be the first rung on the ladder of meeting its no guarantee, I accept that there are people who meet on here don't have pictures and cant display pictures that's not a problem if I choose to meet or not that's my decision"
totally agree with this,if they insisted contact and you get on there's nothing to say they won't send you a private pic it's just they don't want or feel comfortable to post pics publicly at end of the day that's their choice as much as it's your choice to publicly post yours

I don't like the idea of strangers gawping at my private photos. Instead of complaining about it I just simply choose to keep my photos private and only send them to people I click with. Simple.If it bothered you that much Im sure you would do the same.

Indeed. I hide identifying features in my public pictures. It's not super difficult.

Totally agree, and also the fact that we have left and rejoined so many times and if we haven't been verified after a couple of hours then our account is limited until we photo verify ourselves which we agree with but we have seen so many couples who have been on here for either a couple of days or over 12 months yet they have never been verified in any way, there seems to be too many to have simply slipped through the net

If that was in reply to the part we added then you missed the point or didn't read my reply properly... I stated that everytime we rejoin within a couple of hours of joining if we haven't been verified in some way then our profile gets limited until we get ourselves photo verified (which we always do) yet some of the profiles on here have been active for months and not been verified at all!!! So we fail to see your point??? (this is to the person who last commented on this post)

The photo verification is another matter entirely. I recently set up a single profile and nearly just deleted it, when I couldn't progress without photo verification.

I don't think photo verification should be mandatory.

There should be an option of when you first join to either get photo verified or meet verified, the chances are most people are in this site because they know someone that's either already on the site or have been on it at some point, and if a meet verification is bot possible when first joining then they should have to do the photo verification or the profile stays limited.

We never wanted to do the whole photo verification thing as we were in no fit state to have a selfie done holding a piece of paper most of the time but seen as the photo isn't made public then there wasnt an issue (if you saw some of the photo verifications we have done over the years haha).

But the main point we were making is that it cant be one rule for some.....etc, either make everyone verify themselves as standard within the first 48 hours or make it so nobody is made to be verified, simple!! But then again we have been stung so many times by people who have been verified by meets and they turn out to be fake but that's another story.....

Your last sentence is exactly why... I also think that more info should be given to new users, especially women before they can activate messages.
