I can tell you this.
I worked as a night porter in a hotel for a few months. We were able to provide sandwiches only as no kitchen staff on after 10pm.
I was often required to take a call from a room and take up drinks and/or food. Normally received at the door and that was it.
On one occasion I was asked to take the tray into the room. The lady had opened the door enough to poke her head around it. She stayed behind the door as I entered. Once in she pushed it shut. I placed the tray on the top by the TV and turned around to get her signature. She was around 35 to 40, short dark hair and naked.
I phoned my colleague on the desk and said that I had to deal with something I may be a while.
I returned to my duty around an hour later.
So it can and does happen.

I was a room service boy from 17-20 years old age.
I was 'seduced' twice. Nothing happened.
But you'd be surprised how many times the door would open and people were naked, paused having sex, or stepped out of the shower. Crazy. |
