I guess many fantasies could be regarded as peculiar by others but this one from my wife does seem extremely strange.
She has just been to the dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed & came back admitting that she fantasised about the dentist pinning her to the chair & ravishing her.
Maybe I just haven't met a cute female dentist but usually the fear, discomfort & pain make the whole experience too horrible for sexy fantasies  |

I'm a dentist and believe me, all most all the patients, when they come into the practice, they tell me how much they hate the dentists, even before saying Hello! When I ask them what have I done to hate me so much, I get the same answer every time: It's not you it's your profession! I never had the feeling that someone had any fantasy coming at the practice in 14 years since I do this job, and anyway if they have such fantasy, in the practice for sure they will never become reality.. In private with the dentist .. well that it's another discussion. Personal, I will never accept a meeting with a patient for something else outside the practice, and in the practice all what she/he can get it's a check up or a dental treatment if she/he needs one. |

The less likely the possibility of realizing your the more you can call it a fantasy. Fantasies easily achievable arent that much of a fantasy really, more of acting/roleplay so thumbs up to your wife, she has taken it up one step |
