Just thought we would post on here what we sent out on our newsletter (incase you didnt see it) to all our members as it was getting very silly with all the incorrect and false rumors and gossiping that was going around.
Hi to all our customers, supporters and friends.
It is with great regret that we announce the closure of an era.
Due to NEW legislation and policies we have had some licensing issues with the local authorities,
these issues have made it impossible for us to operate as we have been and
therefore we have had to shut the door for the last time.
Club lick has had over 7 glorious years and we have all had some great times,
unfortunately good things do come to an end.
We thank you for all the good times along the way, and hope you stay in touch.
However this may not be a definitive end.
Who knows you could well see Club Lick on tour in the future.
After all Club Lick is not a building!!!
Its you the people, along with the atmosphere and great vibe you all create.
We wish you all well and hope to see you out and about.
If you do see us, do come and say hi.
Keep an eye out for us on-line, we could be at a club near you!!!

Sorry to see it go.
Might not have been the best club to play in, but they had the best DJ's in any club we've been to on the scene, and met some lovely peeps there.
Best to Gary, Switch and all the team and thanks for many a good night.
