Warmer than uk that is for sure! There maybe days were you can go to the beach and be warmed up by the sun. But as a local, I don't and don't recommend Rhodes as a beach holiday in December.

Arriving 31st October-2nd December, staying in Fethiye Sahil, so along that coast line too, across by ferry from Rhodes.
