We are heading to GC in november and wondered if anyone can recommend a nice hotel close to the main centres.We have stayed in mirage on previous visits but found it pointless paying more money, yet having to get cabs everywhere,when most of the fun is in the clubs at night. Thanks in advance.. |

If you want to be close to the cita centre where all the clubs are we would recomend Catarina as its in walking distnce to clubs and beach and not far to Yumbo centre....it also had a nude sunbathing roof terrace if u fancy a day up there. Stunning views from up there too
We sometimes stay at Rey carlos which is also close to Cita but full of germans....ok if u can speak german but we cant but that doesnt bother us
You can get a bus from airport that stops right outside cita and its only 7 euros for a couple....rather than 35/40 euros for a taxi

Thanks guys,someone mailed us an said about the Caterina and a few others.Going to get on it the next couple of weeks and sort something..
Looks like loads will be there in November,just what we like Jan and March were way to calm amd weather not great.When is nov are you there ? xx |

We are going from 22nd October to 5th November. We have found this the best time to go from a 'swinging' point of view. Always seems very busy in the clubs then. Went in June/July and it was very quiet then, in our experience. Few weeks for us yet!! Happy holidays everyone! |

we stayed at corona roja years ago and found it full of teenagers....yes it is quite a way from the clubs but you can always jump in a taxi to cita centre
We there 19th september for a week then hopefully again for another week from 5th november
