The hotel used by a Dutch swinger site for their Hotel takeover (if that's what you are looking for) is called Cactus and it's a regular hotel for adults only, meaning they don't accept families with kids, but it's not a swingers hotel.
There is however a nudist resort, in the south west part, in Hora Sfakion, called Vritomartis. Still not a swingers hotel. We are not aware of a swingers hotel in Crete and we would be surprised if there is one.
