Hi, we are thinking of going to Gambia for a holiday. We normally go to Gran Caneria but fancy a change. If anyone can give us tips were to go and what its like would be great. Also thinking about going to Cuba or Mexico. |

We are thinking of changing things up this year too and looking for something abit more exotic... would you be able to pass on any ideas.

Well in Gambia are wide long beaches, but sea is rather cold.
Much colder then in Mediterian.
(Irena was in sea only twice in a week how its cold).
In reality significant number of guests are single white females from UK in late forties and in fifties looking for local black boys.
Boys are walking, running around the beach and they try to conect with ladies.
Then they stay with ladies for a whole week.
(Actually the same is with ladies from France on beaches in Senegal south of Dakar).
Guys get from ladies few tens of euros a day.
And they can be rather pushy. When Irena went once for breakfest alone in beach restaurant she get some 7 offers.
But there is NO swinging at all.
(As full swap between couples).

On other hand its cheap there, flights are cheap, seafood is great.
And all speaks English.
From sightseeing there is generaly nothing. Or almost nothing.
But still its interesting and it can be nice week for a change. |

Mombasa Kenya has a similar thing where a lot of ladies in their 40/50s come for holiday and look for local beach boys to accompany them.
I could help show you guys about if anyone decides to come to Mombasa x |
