There are a few "Phuket" threads on here. It depends whether you want quiet or lively. Patong is lively Karon is not so lively but an amazing beach. Last time we went we did it all seperately but we are going again late Sep and booked ghrough Hayes and Jarvis as was a lot cheaper. We are B&B. I wouldnt go all inclusive there. Loads of cheap places to eat as well as more upmarket ones. |

We just stayed at Cape Sienna on Kamala Beach, stunning place with jaw dropping views, rooms are nice, great deals on Agoda, the staff were friendly and very accomodating always happy to help. It is a modern place but the beach from the hotel is a ten minute walk and there is a 7/11 near there too. Worth looking at. |

We booked with Hayes Jarvis got to say been brilliant , flights plus 2 internal flights 3 hotels and all transfers ,
WE ARE ON OUR LAST WEEK NOW ?? Patong very very busy if you don't socialise a lot back home and don't mind seeing bar girls patong not for you , kata Karon quiet nice places too the bars close at 2 am so not that late really , you get around 43 bht to pound
Beer range from 60 to 90 depends where you drink , I would advise to look on YouTube Bangla Rd patong that will make your mind up for you ,, me an my wife having a ball got to say 'n |

Andaman suites were next to the hotel I stayed at in December and looked nice from the walkway to my room pool looked particularly inviting |

Most places in patong are ok but like someone said food so cheap don't go all inclusive
We always fly emirates as you can have a free stop over in Dubai
Then use trivalgo for booking the hotel
We are just about to book our trip for next jan just waiting for emirates to release the flight info |
