Freiburg is quite a distance from us (think London - Glasgow)so we can't be specific to the area, but Germany has by far the biggest and best swinger club scene in Europe.
The only club we can find in the area is

It is (like many German clubs) out in the countryside about 30km from Freiburg close to the village of.... wait for it.... HARD  (yes I know LOL)
Looking at the website and pics it looks top class but as we have never been we can't really say anymore. But it's a start. |

If you can understand any German, try a site called JoyClub. Most of the clubs are listed there and it can also be useful for finding play friends.
Auhof will be the closest but there are plenty a little further afield. |
