If you want sunshine as well then it's Gran Canary. There really isn't anywhere else early in the year. Cap D'Agde doesn't really get going until June.
However if you want to explore the biggest club scene in Europe (which by default means the world) then take a look at Germany.
There are quite a few clubs in and around Berlin and you could probably get away with using public transport there.
If you travel by car (or hire one) our area (sort of a Dusseldorf/Essen/Dortmund triangle) could be worth a look.
Within 30/40 minutes from us are over a dozen clubs including some 5 star super clubs (Fun4two or Fata Morgana standard)
