Looking to book a hotel somewhere in either England or Wales for a weekend and hopefully meet up with some locals for drinks and fun. Anyone got any suggestions on where would be a good place to go?

Shit mate - when I lived in Swansea it (and Cardiff) was swinger central.

Unless it has changed that much I'd stay put.
