Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

Aimed at all those who don't believe this pandemic is real,

Explain to me why you think this is the case.

Point me in the direction of that evidence, I want to take a subjective view of it.

Under the overwhelming evidence, I want to understand why you feel it's wrong, a conspiracy or just not happening?

Ahh but is it?

If it is the mutated virus seen in Spain, how different is that to the original?

And at what point does that change make it different?

Does it require a single DNA change or multiple?

And should that be classed as a pandemic and a epidemic as the latter is localised to a region and as of yet to become a epidemic in other continents or islands within the original landmass?

A syndemic seems to be subjective at this juncture..

Or I could just say piss off Dash, you pedantic bugger!

There is plenty of information out there, for those that want to choose what they want to believe.

Whether it is correct or not, remains to be seen.

Covid is a pandemic.

The Lancet article is a poinless exercise in semantics as all it says is that it's syndemic because people die from underlying health issues - which we all know.

The mutations are not significantly different to the original for them to be classified as a different virus, so it's still a Pandemic.

Where did I say the Lancet itself was pointless?

Does anyone know how to posthumously change a threads title?

Should have called this "is it a Pandemic, a Syndemic or are those at the Lancet just bloody Pedantic?"

Seem to have gone down a bit of a rabbit hole here thanks to Dash!
