When soft no issue pulling foreskin right back
When semi it’s doable but only if very gently
When fully hard it’s not possible and to try is so painful
Doesn’t stop me from having all types of sex nor does it stop me from cumming .
Without surgery is there anything that can be done say to stretch my foreskin?

Was similar when younger but now slides back easily and play as cut or uncut. Don't recommend circumcision unless last resort. Heard horror stories. Just keep trying with lots of lube/oil and hopefully like mine will stretch. |

I had this problem when I was a kid. I sat in a warm bath with it soft, pulled it back and got it hard. Kept it underwater for as long as I could bear it. Did this lots of times. It's fine now.
I don't know if this would work for everyone. |

OP are you a type 2 diabetic? This condition, called Phimosis can be a side effect of too much sugar in your wee. If you’re not diabetic or it’s undiagnosed then it may be worth getting a blood test from your GP to rule it out.
Sorry to be the potential bearer of grim news but it really is worth getting it checked out. |

Pop to your doctor. They’ll want to check for any possible health issues causing the tightness but for only minor symptoms you might find a prescription steroid cream will help loosen things. This really is one best left to a medical professional |

Definatly go get circumcised. It will only get worse. Everytime the skin ripes not only is it painfull it leaves scar tissue and it gets tighter. Ive never regreted having it done |

Had a skin graft on my gentleman area, due to that mines tight when erect but hospital wont remove it as its protecting scar tissue, so best bet is just try stretching it, plenty of lube and take time. |

I broke my tool when I slipped out.

Had phimosis on and off but 10 years ago was very painful, docs said circumcision was last option so tried steroid creams they prescribed to try and ease it but kept getting small tears which scarred back tighter and more painful. In the end circumcision was the only course and was a relief after it all healed up. I do still miss my foreskin from time to time and does take a while to get used to sensitivity and rubbing in clothes etc but don't regret the decision |

I had the same issue. I tried everything the doctor suggested, all types of baths, stretching, steroid cream but nothing worked. Had it removed in the end, best decision I've ever made. Although as stated previously on this thread, the first few weeks were really sentive and putting boxers on was horrific, but a small price to pay if it results in the outcome I got. Hope you find a solution. |

I had similar so opted for an NHS frenuplasty. If anything this made matters worse and was the biggest loss of sensation. I made do with this for ten years but the issues were getting noticeably worse especially after I left a sexless marriage and began using it again.
I got circumcised bit wish I'd had done it way sooner and could go back and fuck the women of previously been with using my new dick. The op and aftercare wasn't too bad but I have a high pain threshold I think.
There's a few UK based surgeons who do it for about £750 private and I went with one of them. There's different styles and with the NHS it's a lottery what you get plus I wanted to have it done at a time of my choosing.
Id recommend a high and tight keeping your frenulum using glue and stitches. Afterwards use scar sheets which also helps with the swelling. |

Mine was really tight. Has been for as long as I remember. I booked a circumcision and honestly, best choice ive ever made. Absolutely no problem with it now.

There is a cream you can get from the Dr's that makes the skin more pliable I used it for a while it worked for about a year but I was booked in and had mine removed 2 weeks ago so im on the bench atm waiting for the stitches to come out so I can play again |

Have you been and had it looked at professionally ? At least then you will know which path you are on. Im cut after going and getting checked. Although I did get impatient waiting on the NHS so went private. |

I was the same when I was a kid actually. I was given steroid creams and there’s stretching exercises that you can do, but it takes time.
I ended up having to get circumcised though, as they didn’t work.
There’s also silicone rings that you place into your foreskin and stretch it that way. Think it’s called Phimocure. |

Having been through this. The creams. The lotions etc. please please please go see the doctor....see what they can do. Don't settle for it being tight. See the specialist. And take it from there

I had the same and put up with for a long time, until it started to do my head (after a divorce when I was starting to have more sex). The GP recommended circumcision. Obviously its a personal choice and isnt for everyone, but its been the best decision I made. Yes, its surgery and there is a little discomfort for a couple of weeks as it heals, but that short term inconvenience was worth the years of comfort and pleasure I have had since. |
