Exercise potentially does. But as there is a correlation between high BMI/being obese and sleep apnea, the advise is, generally, to lose weight if possible

I can understand it, before I had my machine, I would wake up and feel like I had run a marathon, my body and mind were finished for the day and it had t even started.
The physical exhaustion would leave me ravenous and I’d eat to satisfy that but far too tired to do any exercise. |
