Just a reminder of how good the Frisky Wales service is for home testing kits.
Had my results back within around 4 days of sending the test kits back and had them sent out to me within 2 days if requesting them.
Always better to be safe and get it done, have a naughty weekend you freaky bunch  |

If any of your results are POSITIVE the sexual health service in your area will be in touch to arrange your free and confidential treatment and care

Apart from milking the little finger for blood. I've got quite good at it now, but at first it was terrible. "
It’s not great is it! I expect you know all the tricks now, but I’ll give my tips for anyone reading who isn’t used to it -
I like to do it straight after doing the dishes or after a shower - anything where my hands have been in hot water for a while, as the blood flows more easily. Never ever try to do it with cold hands, it’s awful!
Flap and swing your hands around briefly to get the blood into your fingertips.
Put the little bottle thingy on a lowish surface - I find it works much better if the bottle is below my waist level. Gravity seems to help more if my arm is fairly straight. |

Yes, pretty much all of this and definitely on the gravity. I find it best to prong the lancet in the fleshy side of the little finger. |
