Who uses a gym in Newport? Been looking at getting a membership at the Celtic manor - or coldra court?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

I’m a member at Coldra Court, it’s small, but has everything you need

If you like a fairly quiet space with few around

Celtic’s much bigger but busier
