I m looking for a personal trainer to get myself back into shape after my operation . Want to do weights light ones etc to build up then increase ?????? xx

Obviously not a personal trainer. But yes! Make sure you don't over do it.

Ta Hun I know I m wanting to get super fit and having full hystertctomy 7 weeks ago and cancer free I feel so good lol xxxxx
