I was just doing some tidying up and i come across a picture from when my gran met my youngest son for the first and sadly only time.

Do you have a momentos etc that can make you smile as well at same time bring a tear to your eyes

This for me, I carry my most significant memories inside of me & the slightest things makes me recall them as if they happened Yesterday x

Same here!

Music is enough for me. I don't tend to need keep sakes or such like - if I know the person enough a song tends to remind me of them.

Goes for ex's, friends and family members.

There are tracks that remind me of good times..sad times..ex...etc and can bring me to tears as the first beat kicks in...

I can't listen to some music. Just brings back so many dark thoughts from my past. Elvis "if I could dream" kills me. everytime.

It's definitely music for me. A song from my playlist came on the other day and I sobbed as it was "our song" for me and my closet friend who sadly at 40 passed from a heart attack xx
