I have had a good chat with like minded friends and have decided if we can get the numbers then this weekend will go ahead.
I have searched high and low and ensured I have found the perfect accomodation for fab friends to have a great time together. I will not be giving out too much information before the event as it will be private.
The accomodation is within 2 and a hours of cardiff and the date I am interested in holding the event is a weekend in late January. You will need two play verifications to attend.

How strange if the numbers are coming along well how is it that the latter entries give the impression that it is cancelled  "
We made 3/4 of the numbers needed but couldn't finalise the 1/4 left due to peoples schedules or childcare so they would need longer which I couldn't do unfortunately.
