There are plenty dogging places in Gwynedd. Being a rural area, dogging places are almost as common as sheep.
But, that leads conveniently on to the smallest problem in Gwynedd. There are more sheep than people.
If you've heard people in Gwynedd talking to each other about how they're going to bang her tonight, then I'm sorry chap, but you've misheard. They were actually going to Bangor.
On a more positive point though, there are far less timewasters in Gwynedd than in Manchester or London.
